1. Works posted on the SCP website's CircleShow contributors page fall under two different copyright categories ( Authors have full choice under which to post their work ).
a) Standard Copyright:
Pages marked wih a © ( Standard copyright) symbol are strictly the property of the respective authors.
No such works are to be reproduced or transmitted without the permission of the poets, infringement upon these policies are both disrespectful to the authors and punishable by law.
If you would like to potentially reproduce a work marked with a © symbol, feel free to send a request to editor-in-chief@sevencirclepress.com, the appropriate authors will be contacted by the site and the ability to reproduce their work will be contingent on their personal discretion.
b) Creative Commons License:
In the case of works marked with a creative commons license a link will be provided to the CC website where the terms of usuage will be clearly stated.
2. When submitting work to SCP, the press asks only for one-time rights, which entails one-time publication on the site as well as in the forthcoming issue of CircleShow, which includes both EBook and hard copy format.
a) Except for in special cases the works will be archived online and in print indefinitely.
b) Author's are free to reuse and reprint their works whenever and however they please. However SCP request that they give the proper credit to the press if and when the work is reprinted.
3. SCP is open to questions and discussion about these policies at any time, so please feel free to email the editor-in-chief with any inquiries.
4. By submitting work to SCP you are agreeing to the above mentioned terms.
Note: Any SCP publication circulated in hard copy format (which here includes EBooks) will contain a standard copyright statement within the first few pages from which further info may be derived.
