SCP Online Copyright Policy
1. When submitting work to CircleShow the press retains First Serial Rights which includes the publication of an author's original work on our website (which includes our online archives, tumblr page etc.) and as part of its respective CircleShow issue (both online and in-print).
Please note that accepted works may also be reproduced in our other free publications (ex. as part of our email newsletter or on our our Facebook page).
Except for in special cases the works will be archived online and in print indefinitely.
After initial publication
authors are free to reuse and reprint their works whenever and however they
However SCP requests that they give the proper credit to the press if and when the work is reprinted.

3. By submitting work to SCP you are agreeing to the above mentioned terms as well as acknowledging that you are the sole creator and copyright owner of your submitted works.
Note: Any SCP publication circulated in hard copy format (which here includes our WebBooks series) will contain a copyright statement within the first few pages from which further info may be derived.
Note: In terms of books, poetry prizes, contests and all other irregular publications any differences in copyright policy will be clearly discussed and outlined with participating authors.
